Before & After Images:

• A clear, unedited facial image must be provided beforestarting the program.
• A similar clear image should be shared after 6 monthsof consistent use.

Program Compliance:

• You must follow our usage guidelines strictly as provided during onboarding.
• Any deviations from the program will disqualify the refund request.

Product Usage:

• All products must be used as directed, with no missed or inconsistent usage.
• Maintain product purchase receipts or order confirmations.

1. Timeline:

• The refund request must be submitted within 7 daysof completing the 6-month period.

1. Submit your before and after imagesalong with yourorder details.
2. Our team will review the images and assess compliance with the guidelines.
3. If eligible, the refund will be processed within 14 working daysto the original payment method.
