We do not accept returns for Health and Beauty products, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transportation.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process a return request for a damaged or defective product, you must provide a clear unboxing video within 24 hours of receiving and accepting the product. Return Process Timeline

Once your return request is placed with Customer Service, it takes about 72 hours to pick up the product from your home.

After pickup, product inspection takes approximately 2 days.

Refund initiation occurs within 2 days after the product inspection.

If you choose to send the product back on your own, delivery time depends on your chosen courier service.

The refund receipt depends on the original mode of payment.

How to Return a Product

If a return is required due to our mistake (such as damage during transportation or a manufacturing defect):

We will schedule a pickup using our logistics partner at our cost.

Ensure the product is sealed properly before pickup.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order, contact our Customer Care team with your order number.

Cancellation typically takes one day after confirmation via +91-7385192924 or care@mountainor.com.

If your order has already been dispatched but not yet delivered, please do not accept the delivery and inform Customer Care immediately.

For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed according to our Return Policy.
